S.I.D.A.T.: OUR HISTORY
1990
S.I.D.A.T. S.p.A. is composed by a group of companies already active in the electromechanic and electronic components field for motor vehicles.
1997
S.I.D.A.T. creates KRIOS for the distribution of air conditioning components for motor vehicles. In the same year it acquires the FISPA brand.
1999
Agreement between S.I.DA.T. and TI GROUP AUTOMOTIVE (Marwal Systems) in Chalons en Champagne (Francea) for the aftermarket distribution of fuel pumps, fuel level indicators and fuel unit supplies. Marwal is the world-wide supplier of 1st equipment.
2001
Agreement between S.I.DA.T. and FREUDENBERG for the exclusive distribution in Italy of the MicronAir cabin filters. MicronAir has a strong world-wide presence in the 1st equipment.
March 2005
KRIOS starts the commercialization of original Shanghai Sanden Behr Automotive compressors for mobile air conditioning systems.
March 2006
S.I.D.A.T. starts the commercialization of fuel indicator levels for trucks, supplied by a 1st equipment's manufacturer. Furthermore it achieves the UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 certification.
October 2006
We are present on Tec Doc catalogue.
July 2007
From 1st of July 2007 S.I.D.A.T. becomes S.p.A.
December 2007
It has been started up the copartnership with CASCO S.r.l., distributor of starters and alternators for motor and industrial vehicles.
January 2008
S.I.D.A.T. has been chosen by Visteon Europe as exclusive partner for the European distribution of fuel delivery systems in the aftermarket. In the same month Olsa Parts S.r.l. was born and becomes parts of the group as distributor in the Indipendent Aftermarket of original lighting for cars and industrial vehicles and trucks in Italy and abroad.
December 2008
All activities of Olsa Parts have been transferred to the seat in Via Santi 25.
October 2009
Strating from the 1st of october the fusione of Olsa Parts srl and Krios s.r.l. in S.I.D.A.T. is effective. From this date on S.I.D.A.T. S.p.A. becomes a unique operating company title which handles Sidat-Fispa-Krios-Olsa Parts brands and shares in the company Casco S.r.l. which keeps its business name and operating seat in Naples.
